Basil A. Anaele, MD,FAAP, MBBCH,LMCC Pediatrics
Dr. Anaele specializes in pediatric medicine and is board certified. He attended the University of Calabar in Nigeria where he studied Human Physiology. He completed residency at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, New York through New York University. Dr. Anaele has a great love for maternal and child health, and enjoys meeting new families. The joy that radiates from children combined with his jovial personality makes pediatric practice very fun! In his free time Dr. Anaele enjoys watching sports, fishing, swimming, and photography.
Trina Donohew, PA-C
A native of Tucumcari, NM, Mrs. Donohew works as a certified Physician Assistant at La Casa’s Clovis School Based Clinic. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, FL and went on to earn her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies through the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She enjoys raising her family in Clovis where she is able to use her healthcare experience to benefit patients within her local community.
Kristen Jeffcoat-Knauer, RN, CPNP
A native of Clovis, NM, Kristen Jeffcoat-Knauer is passionate about the health of children and families in our community. Prior to becoming a certified pediatric nurse practitioner, Kristen worked as a labor and delivery nurse, lactation counselor, and pediatric nurse for 15 years. Kristen has a Masters in Nursing and further enriched her career by gaining a Post-Masters certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University. She has been practicing in Ft. Sumner as a PNP for the last 3 years in a community health center, so La Casa is a perfect fit! In her practice, Kristen uses play as a means to teach children about health literacy and create environment that is inviting and fun. It’s not uncommon to see her laughing with children, even after a shot. Kristen and her husband love to call Clovis home, where they raise their three children. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family. If you see her around town, she will go out of her way to say hello to you because that is what community is about!
Cortnee Krallman, CNP
Cortnee graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and began her nursing career in the Pediatric ICU at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She continued on to receive her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus in family practice from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Cortnee is passionate about and dedicated to delivering quality, evidence based primary care to patients across the lifespan. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, arts and crafts, baking, and spending time with her family.
Rolando J. Lindo Sr, MD Family Practice
Dr. Lindo was born and raised in Nicaragua. He obtained his medical degree and completed his residency in general surgery at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Nicarugua. He then completed residency in family medicine at Texas Tech University in El Paso, Texas. He has been with La Casa since 2001. Dr. Lindo enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and target shooting.
Veena Mamidi, MD, FACOG OB/GYN
Dr. Mamidi is a board certified OBGYN and Fellow of ACOG. She completed her residency at Christiana Care Medical Center in Delaware. Dr. Mamidi obtained her medical degree form Osmania Medical College in India. She enjoys taking care of women of all ages and provides comprehensive health care including delivery and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Mamidi speaks English, Hindi and Telugu languages. In her spare time she enjoys reading.
Tulasi Gajula, DDS
“Dr. G” graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2012. She has enjoyed practicing dentistry working for both Macoupin County Public Health Department in Illinois, and LCDF Health Centers in New Mexico. Dr.G believes in practicing need based dentistry by providing comprehensive oral healthcare. She speaks three languages: English, Telugu, and Hindi; and is a member of the American Dental Association, New Mexico Dental Association, and the Indian Dental Association. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and listening to music. Dr. G is very excited to be part of La Casa Family Health Center, and looks forward to serving the community alongside her team.
Emily Nieto, DMD, MPH
Dr. Nieto graduated from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health located in Mesa, AZ in 2014. In addition to her dental degree, she also received a Master’s in Public Health while in dental school. Dr. Nieto participated in dental research on oral cancer as well as tobacco cessation at the National Institutes of Health in Washington, DC. Recognized for clinical excellence in the areas of Oral Biology, TMJ/Occlusion, and Endodontics; Dr. Nieto is committed to high quality whole person healthcare. Dr. Nieto and her husband Joey, along with their daughter Cecelia are glad to call Clovis home. In her spare time, Dr. Nieto loves to read, practice yoga, and ride her bicycle. You may even see her riding to/from the clinic!
Brooke Stebbins, Registered Dental Hygienist
Brooke attended San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico where she earned a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has a long standing love of the dental field with a special interest in patient education. Prior to joining the La Casa team Ms. Stebbins had the privilege of helping treat patients in both general and pediatric practice as well as for the Department of Defense. When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and doing anything outdoors.
