Dr. Shet prides himself on providing quality care and enjoys establishing long term relationships with members of the community. In his free time he enjoys reading, listening to music, hiking, and traveling.

to provide comprehensive care for children (including preventive and acute care services) within the community of Roswell. He has been a physician since 1992, having graduated from Guntur Medical College in Guntur, India. After having served in India for several years, Dr.Yangalasetty moved to the USA to do his residency training in Pediatrics at Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn, affiliated with New York University. He graduated in 2008 and obtained board certification from the American Board of Pediatrics in 2010. He worked as a pediatrician and Clinical Asst. Professor of Pediatrics at Altru Health System affiliated to University of North Dakota for two years. Currently he is the Honorary Chief of Pediatrics at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, Roswell. He loves to take care of children right from the neonates to adolescents; from acute emergencies (acute asthma, seizures) to chronic illnesses (diabetes, obesity, pancreatitis), from sports injuries to minor surgeries, headaches to psychiatric problems, and well child visits to immunizations. He is trained and certified in Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP). Dr. Yangalasetty is licensed by the New Mexico Medical Board. He believes in integrated health care and Patient Centered Medical Home. Dr. Yangalasetty believes in keeping children healthy and provides compassionate care with empathy when they are sick. He is multilingual including English and Spanish. He enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends. He has a pleasant personality and is passionate about providing best quality care to his patients.

Miss Sam graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 2008, earning her Master of Science in Nursing. Her career as a Nurse Practitioner began providing health care services for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Health Services Authority. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In 2003, she obtained her Bachelor of Science of Nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, providing services to all ages across the life span. Miss Sam moved to Roswell in 2013 from Oklahoma. She enjoys watching Oklahoma Sooners football and going home to visit family and friends. Hobbies include reading, exploring New Mexico, the land of Enchantment, learning about other cultures, and spending times outdoors.

Dr. Policarpio “Dr. P”, was born and raised in the Philippines where she earned her first dental degree. She worked in private practice for 22 years as a general dentist before migrating to the United States.

She completed her second DMD degree at the University of Colorado, International Dentist Program. She worked as a dentist in Albuquerque for two years after dental school until she joined the staff at Jal Hospital, where she managed the dental clinic. Dr. P is passionate about community service and working for the underserved. She loves to travel and explore new cultures. In her spare time, she likes to read philosophical and religious materials, and be a mom to her two dogs, China and Deja. She feels blessed to have joined the La Casa Family and is happy to have served the Portales for 2 years. She looks forward to joining the Roswell dental team and serving the Roswell community.

Alexandria Martinez is a New Mexico native originally from Española, New Mexico. She attended school at Dona Ana Community College in Las Cruces where she studied dental hygiene. Martinez studied dental hygiene because she is passionate about how valuable a smile can be and the importance oral health is to overall health. She previously worked at a dental office in She enjoys the interactions she has with patients and the ability to educate each patient about their health on a one on one basis. One thing that Martinez wants her patients to know after a visit with her is that she truly cares about their oral health and wants to help each patient achieve a healthy smile. When she is not working, she enjoys playing various of sports, video games, and training dogs. She also a part of a non-profit that helps make a safe environment for kids to play games online.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
