Under the direction of the Chief Medical Director, the Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for supervising, managing, organizing, coordinating and directing the work of clinical support staff in the delivery of safe and quality care in a primary healthcare setting. Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Familiar with standard nursing concepts, practices, policies and procedures; performs nursing duties as necessary and indicated. Must be detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and have excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and personnel management skills. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a nursing leadership position, a strong ability to work as a team in a leadership role, and an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry. Pre-employment background check and drug test required. Bi-lingual preferred. Current New Mexico RN license required. Salary commensurate with experience.
